Today, the students of Grade 12 B presented a spectacular assembly where they proudly showcased the state assigned to them – Tamil Nadu. Dressed in traditional finery from the state, the students enthralled their fellow Vistaians with their enthusiastic and vibrant presentation. The host of the assembly Ridhima, introduced her classmates as they presented various segments of the assembly. Mudita led the school through the pledge, Bhargavi presented an uplifting thought, Pushkar introduced the word of the day and Geetika delivered the news headlines. The stage was then taken over by Rithul who introduced the Vistaians to some commonly used Tamil phrases. His energy was palpable and the perfect start to the next phase of their presentation. This was followed by a small informative speech delivered by Kaunain who then lent the stage to her classmates Bhargavi and Geethika who presented a beautiful Tamil folk dance performance. Then the host Ridhima and Kaunain engaged the Vistaians in a scintillating trivia quiz based on the state of Tamil Nadu. The assembly ended with Principal Ma’am addressing the students and then with the National Anthem.
