Students of Grade 11A presented a wonderful morning assembly where they featured the state of Andhra Pradesh in all its glory. Anchored by Ananya, the assembly started with the school song led by the choir. Adarsh led the school through the pledge and was quickly followed by Riya who shared the thought of the day. This was followed by the word of the day presented by Arav. Ishan came forward next to share the news headlines. He was followed by Sanjyit who shared some interesting facts about Andhra Pradesh. Today being International Music Day, the students chose to highlight the rich musical and cultural heritage of Andhra Pradesh. Hasini presented a speech on the topic and this was followed by an enthralling Kuchipudi performance by Aditi. Ishita then took the assembly forward towards the next segment – celebrating International Music Day. She presented a speech explaining the significance of the day and then invited the choir to take over the assembly to present their performance for International Music Day. The assembly concluded on a patriotic note in the form of the National Anthem.
