Students of Grade 5D presented a fabulous morning assembly for the students of the Primary Wing where they highlighted the state of Meghalaya. The assembly was anchored by Mouli Sing and Depesh who began the assembly by asking the choir to lead the school though the school song. Pledge was delivered by Sai Aarush while the thought of the day was presented by Jatin. Kshiraj presented the word of the day and Anant shared the news headlines. This was followed by a mesmerising folk dance performed by Neeharika, Sarayu, Bhruvi, Pushpika, Dhaati, Gayatri, Abha and Sahasra – whose vibrant steps enthralled everyone present and helped them understand a little more about the rich culture of Meghalaya. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem.
