Students of Grade 10B presented a beautiful morning assembly for the students of the Secondary Wing, championing the state of Meghalaya. Deftly anchored by Bhavya Shukla, the assembly began with the school song led by the choir. Jagruti led the students through pledge and was followed by Pratyusha who shared an insightful thought of the day. Nayana presented the word of the day and was followed by Atulith who shared the news headlines. This was followed by a wonderful skit that brought out some beautiful aspects of Meghalaya. Presented by Jayanth, Atulith, Akhil, Nitin, Yusra and Varshit – the skit helped students understand a few common words and phrases of Meghalaya and also learn a little about its famous foods. This was followed by an enchanting ‘Laho’ dance performance presented by Saanvi Das, Keerthana and Bhargav Abhiram.
