Students of Grade 10C presented the Morning Assembly today where they highlighted the tranquil state of Sikkim. Performed in the Multi-Purpose Hall due to the inclement weather, the assembly had a select audience consisting of the students of grades 9 and 10, the assembly was deftly anchored by Vidita. Once the choir, followed by the students, sang the school song, Anirudh A came forward to led everyone through the pledge. This was followed by the word of the day presented by Mohit Reddy and the thought of the day presented by Dhanush. News headlines were shared by Brihadhyuthi. This was followed by an informative skit put together to share the various facts and interesting titbits about the state of Sikkim. Presented by Bhavya S, Aimee, Sahasra K, Mohit, Anirudh A, Ramith, Yash and Rounak with Sanvi R and Vidita in a cameo appearance, the skit was as amusing as enlightening. The students were then addressed by Principal Ma’am who impressed upon them the importance to use the morning assembly as an opportunity to refine their performing skills. The assembly was concluded with the National Anthem.
